Site Engineer (Solar Project)
Location: On-site
Project Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: 6 Working Days
Job Description
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, supervising installation activities, and maintaining project efficiency. The role involves coordinating with teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring all works are completed according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and conduct regular site safety inspections
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress and schedules
- Perform quality control (QC) inspections on installation works
- Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and work orders
- Manage and supervise site workers, installers, and subcontractors
- Monitor and manage tools, materials, and equipment inventory
- Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance and operations
- Investigate incidents and prepare necessary reports and documentation
- Coordinate with management and provide regular project updates
- Provide guidance and training to site personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With experience in construction, solar, or related projects is an advantage
- Experience in high-rise building projects is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in site supervision, safety standards, and QC processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Can work on-site and handle extended working hours if needed
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
