Job Title: Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in mechanical design. You will assist in designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems while learning from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications for components and assemblies.
• Support prototyping and testing of mechanical systems to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
• Conduct basic calculations for stress, load, tolerance, and material selection.
• Assist in reviewing and updating design documentation and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are producible and cost-effective.
• Identify design issues and propose improvements under guidance from senior engineers.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input when required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome! Internship or project experience in mechanical design is a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Understanding of mechanical design principles and materials.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm to grow in the mechanical design field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
