Job Title: Service Crew

Location: Level 1, 168 Shopping Mall, Divisoria, Binondo, Manila

Jollibee 168 Phase 5 is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Service Crew. The ideal candidate will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Preferably ex-crew
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and work areas
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic cashiering duties when assigned
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns courteously and professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for all guests
