Full job description

The Office Staff performs administrative and clerical support to supervisor and managers. They perform various tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, composing letters or messages for business correspondence, and maintaining the smooth operation of an office. Additionally, office staffs use computers to manage schedules and databases. They work with spreadsheets and produce reports and presentations. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Graduate of 4-year course.

At least 6 months working experience
