Job description:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in freight operations or cargo manifestation is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in shipment documentation and freight processes.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills
• Previous experience in international freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Knowledge of Government regulations and customs procedures is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to assigned in Aseana, Parañaque.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, commercial invoices, and other customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Monitor the movement of shipments, track delivery status, and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including customs requirements, regulations, and documentation requirements.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
