We are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist to join a hotel spa team in Turkey.

The successful candidate will provide professional spa and massage treatments while maintaining high standards of customer service, hygiene, and guest care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional massage and spa treatments to hotel guests.
  • Perform treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, and other applicable techniques.
  • Conduct body treatments such as body scrubs and body wraps when required.
  • Consult with guests to understand their preferences and treatment needs.
  • Explain available treatments and recommend suitable services.
  • Prepare the treatment room and ensure all equipment and products are ready for use.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in the treatment area.
  • Follow hotel and spa procedures for guest safety and service quality.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with guests.
  • Handle spa products and equipment properly.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments when required.
  • Work closely with other spa and hotel staff to provide a positive guest experience.
  • Perform other duties related to spa operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or similar position.
  • Practical experience in different massage techniques.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
  • Good knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a hotel, resort, luxury spa, or wellness center is an advantage.
