Duties and Responsibilities

  • Patient & Visitor Assistance: Assist patients and visitors by providing information, directions, and support while ensuring smooth patient flow and addressing concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Communication Duties: Handle incoming calls, relay messages accurately, coordinate with hospital staff regarding inquiries, and make paging announcements as needed to support effective communication within the hospital.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous assistance by addressing concerns appropriately, maintaining a positive attitude, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
