Metrocare Health Systems, Inc. is hiring a Medical Service Representative (MSR) to support daily healthcare service coordination, member assistance, and provider-related processes. The role ensures accurate processing, timely coordination, and quality service delivery to our members and partner facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with healthcare service inquiries, benefits verification, and service coordination
  • Coordinate with accredited hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers regarding member services
  • Process and monitor approvals, referrals, and service requests
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation
  • Handle follow-ups related to medical services, schedules, and required documents
  • Support internal teams in resolving member or provider concerns
  • Perform administrative tasks related to medical service operations

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Allied Health, Nursing, Medical-related, or Business courses
  • Experience in HMO, healthcare, or medical services is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Work Setup

  • On-site
  • Monday to Friday, every other Saturday
