QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Preferably with hospital, HMO, insurance, or admitting experience.
  • Knowledge of HMO/insurance processes and hospital billing is an advantage.
  • Good communication, customer service, and computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
