Full job description
Store Assignment: SM PAMPANGA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages transactions using POS and cash registers
- Scans good and ensures pricing is accurate
- Collects payment whether in cash or credit
- Issues receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets
- Resolves customer complaints, guides them, and provides relevant information
- Maintains clean and tidy checkout areas
- Tracks transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Handles merchandise returns and exchanges
- Knowledgeable on basic reports and inventory
- Organizes and carries product loads during stocking, preparing displays, and maintaining inventory
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by their immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a High School graduate
- Work experience as a cashier
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Familiarity with cash register and POS
- Good arithmetic skills
- Familiarity with MS Office applications/Google Suite
- Capable of safely lifting and handling heavy objects
