Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Associate to support our marketing activities across the office and stores. The ideal candidate is resourceful, has good communication skills, and has basic knowledge of graphic design and editing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support the creation of marketing materials for online and in-store promotions.
• Assist with social media content, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper execution of marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing promotional materials, displays, and other marketing requirements.
• Support photo and video content creation when needed.
• Help monitor marketing activities and gather basic campaign results.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing.
• Assist with office and store assignments as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related course is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to work on both office and store assignments.
• Resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of editing and graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Creative and willing to learn new marketing tools and techniques.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and visit stores when required.

Pay: Php18,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
