Job Description

  • Assist in the administration of employee and labor relations activities in accordance with company policies, the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and applicable labor laws.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to disciplinary actions, notices, incident reports, administrative hearings, and case files.
  • Ensure timely and effective processing of employee disciplinary cases.
  • Coordinate and schedule administrative investigations, fact-finding meetings, grievance meetings, and disciplinary conferences.
  • Draft employee relations correspondences, including Notices to Explain (NTE), memorandums, invitations to administrative hearings, and other related documents for review and approval.
  • Monitor and track the status of employee disciplinary cases and ensure timely completion of due process requirements.
  • Maintain and update records of employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor-related concerns while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Assist in the handling and resolution of employee concerns, complaints, and grievances raised through communication platforms like HR Connect by coordinating with the concerned units, departments and divisions.
  • Support the implementation and communication of company policies, code of conduct, and workplace rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with union representatives and assist in matters relating to labor-management meetings and implementation of CBA provisions, as applicable.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to employee relations cases, disciplinary trends, and labor relations activities as required by Management.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and supporting requirements for submissions to government agencies, including DOLE, NLRC, NCMB, and other regulatory bodies, when necessary.
  • Attend meetings and hearings as assigned and prepare minutes of meetings and documentation of proceedings.
  • Ensure proper safekeeping and confidentiality of all employee and labor relations records and documents.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated by the division head from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Legal Management, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in employee relations, labor relations, human resources, or a related function is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee disciplinary procedures, due process requirements, and labor relations practices.
