Medical Assistant (Full-Time)

Health Stat Diagnostic and Medical Clinic, Co. is looking for a qualified and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing team in Marikina City.
As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting physicians and delivering high-quality care. This full-time position involves a combination of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Preferably a Nursing graduate (but not required)
- Background in admin work, with strong interest in medical and diagnostic terms
- Can work independently and stay organized under pressure
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent time management and 5-star customer service mindset
- Patient, flexible, and detail-oriented
- Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and process patient medical records
- Handle inquiries via phone and other communication channels
- Manage patient flow, from intake to discharge, while encoding accurate data
- Assist in lab test coordination, procedure preparation, and follow-up consults
- Provide cost estimates and assist in billing
- Help with basic diagnostic tasks under supervision
- Monitor and maintain clinic supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with admin and perform other tasks as assigned
Compensation & Contract
- Basic Pay + Overtime Pay (if working beyond regular hours)
- Holiday Pay + 13th Month Pay
- Initial contract: 5-month probation, with potential for regularization based on performance
Location
- Worksite: Marikina City
- Applicants must be able to commute or relocate reliably before starting
