  • Ensures that our brand identity is well represented to our customers by giving immediate assistance to their concerns and queries.
  • Identify patient’s needs and concerns and help them navigate through the hospital premises.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
  • Handle patient’s complaints in a compassionate manner.
  • Build professional relationships customers through excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with immediate team, as well as other teams and departments within our company, to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any duties that may be delegated by the immediate superior from time to time.
  • Assist the team in conducting customer engagements (such as but not limited to birthdays, newborns & holiday celebrations).
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated by the Department Head, Hospital Administrator and other Hospital Officials from time to time.

Qualifications:
