Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, specials, or promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen/bar, and ensure timely service.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs to enhance their dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards for quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up dining areas before service and resetting tables for the next guests.
• Remove used tableware and clean tables in between courses and after meals.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, or complaints courteously.
• Assist food preparation staff or colleagues when needed to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Follow proper cash-handling and payment procedures when processing guest bills (if applicable).
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by DELIGHTFUL ENTERPRISES OPC. This is subject to change depending on the demand/s of the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:

• Restaurant Server: 1 year (Preferred)
