Job description:

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes and workflows
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies, techniques, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Process Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineer role, with a proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality
  • Proficient in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT)
  • Proficient in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software, equipment, and automation technologies
  • Adaptable and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges
