A leading Japanese manufacturer of ultra-fine precision wire ropes, mini-ropes, and medical device components, recognized for its innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence in specialized manufacturing.
Position: Process Engineer
Location: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Work Setup: On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: Php 30,000 – 35,000 gross
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent numerical and calculation abilities
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantage)
- Initiative, accountability, and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement process documentation, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, recommending improvements
- Ensure compliance with company rules, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
