About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Staff to join our team in Las Pinas City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality and safety of our food products. As a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Staff, you will be responsible for a range of duties that are essential to maintaining our industry-leading standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products
  • Identifying and resolving any quality issues or non-conformances in a timely manner
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to quality control and assurance activities
  • Collaborating with production, logistics, and other teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring all quality control and assurance processes adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and quality auditing techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using quality control equipment and software
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant qualifications in food science, quality management, or a related field
