Full job description
Company Profile: The hiring company is a Japanese manufacturer located in Calamba, Laguna. They specialize in metal shaping, surface coating, and assembling everyday home appliances like toasters and space heaters.
- Position: Production Quality Assurance
- Industry: Manufacturing
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Day Shift)
- Work Location: Calamba, Laguna
- Work Set Up: Onsite
- Salary: Up to Php 20,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect production lines and finished products to make sure they meet company quality standards and avoid defects.
- Spot quality problems early, coordinate with team members to fix them, and suggest ways to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Keep accurate records, quality reports, and production documentation.
- Work closely with the production team to implement improvements and continuous quality control.
Job Requirement:
- Graduate of Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related degree.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Good understanding of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and production workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
