We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate’s main responsibility is Recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive recruitment experience. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform end-to-end task of recruitment process from employee requisition to posting of candidate.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Prepare employment documents and job contracts.
• Maintain 201 files and update employees Masterlist.
• Perform monthly manpower reporting in compliance to DOLE and PEZA.
• Manage and coordinate to agency the manpower requisition.
• Monitor deployment of agency.
• Contractors’ management and coordination.
• Request and inventory office and janitorial supplies.
• Monitor and issue company uniform, locker and company ID’s
• Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 1 year experience in recruitment.
• Knowledgeable with online job portals and other recruitment processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
