Job Title: Encoder (IT Staff)

Job Description:

The Encoder (IT Staff) is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in various systems and databases. The role ensures data accuracy, generates reports when needed, organizes digital records, and provides basic administrative and technical support to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update data accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and organize electronic files and databases.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of encoded information.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for computer and office equipment.
• Assist with administrative and IT-related tasks as assigned.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and computer applications.
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Willing to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php695.00 per day
