Full job description

  • Deliver quality basic nursing care under the supervision of the Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, or Staff Nurse.
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, discharge, and daily care of patients.
  • Support patients with personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, perineal care, and other activities of daily living.
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, examinations, treatments, and surgery.
  • Assist in infection prevention and control by observing standard precautions and performing proper cleaning and disinfection procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic patient environment by ensuring the availability of linens, supplies, and functional equipment.
  • Assist in monitoring, handling, and transporting patient specimens, supplies, medications, and equipment following established hospital procedures.
  • Prepare, process, and document requisitions and other unit-related records accurately and promptly.
  • Respond promptly to patients' needs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
  • Coordinate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
  • Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives, emergency response activities, and departmental meetings.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Observe occupational safety, infection control, and health regulations at all times.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality, proper grooming, teamwork, and ethical conduct.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of patient care and hospital operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • College Graduate of any course or college level
  • TESDA NC II in Caregiving
  • Must have experience with Caregiving
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and patient care

NCII Caregiving

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

License/Certification:

  • NCII Caregiving (Required)
