Parañaque Doctors Hospital is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Staff to join our Health Information Management team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate patient histories, processing essential medical and civil documents, and ensuring full compliance with hospital documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chart Management: Collect, assemble, and organize discharged patient records from hospital nursing stations.
• Quality & Audit: Conduct thorough reviews of medical charts to ensure required reports and doctor signatures are complete; maintain tracking of incomplete records and log delinquent chart reports.
• Certificate Processing: Encode and process vital records including birth certificates, death certificates, and medico-legal documents accurately and promptly.
• Archiving & File Retrieval: File medical charts using approved indexing systems, attach loose diagnostic reports, and retrieve requested records for clinical audits, case presentations, and census tracking.
• Data & Reporting: Generate daily/monthly census and hospital statistical reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any Allied Health program.
• Experience: Prior experience in hospital medical records management or health information handling is a strong advantage.

Key Skills:

• Familiarity with medical terms and chart auditing.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
