ROLE SUMMARY
Provide support to customers regarding telecommunications services such as account inquiries, billing concerns, troubleshooting, and service requests while ensuring excellent customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries related to telco accounts and services
- Assist with billing concerns, troubleshooting, and account management
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Ensure high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Document customer interactions and updates accurately
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
- College fresh graduates and undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
- Applicants with or without call center experience are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Must be currently residing within Metro Manila
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
