Job Summary

  • Assesses the nutrition status of all at-risk inpatients and patients on special diets
  • Formulates nutrition care plan for patients on special diets and low-to-moderate risk patients, which may include calorie counting and to accomplish nutrition assessment form
  • Coordinates with the doctors to make a nutrition care plan for high-risk patients and patients on special diets
  • Interprets doctor’s orders, recommends dietary modifications according to patterns and patient preferences, and computes tube feeding formulas

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of BS Nutrition
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a hospital setting
  • Licensed Nutritionist - Dietitian
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
