RESTAURANT MANAGER

Category : Management Team
Department : FOH

Responsible to : Area Operations Manager and Operations Manager
Responsible for : All Dining Staff

I . OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the entire restaurant in the following areas:

  • STORE OPERATIONS – Manage store efficiently by monitoring KRAs of shift operations.
  • OPERATING EXPENSES – Food, Labor, Inventory and Store PCF.
  • STORE AUDIT – Oversees the action plan of the store’s audit.
  • COMPLAINT RECOVERY – Spearheads in resolving any complaints / feedback of the store.
  • PEOPLE DVELOPMENT – Responsible in developing the staff’s progress in the company.

I I . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTED RESULTS

1. Manage STORE operations 1. Driver of the store’s excellence in hospitality delivery.
2. Ensure shift operations operate in accordance to

Mango Tree PH’s SOPs.
3. Ensures completeness in manpower that compliments the store’s plantilla.
4. Manages the Supervisor’s performance to ensure quality shift at all times.
2. Manages the Store OPEX in 1. Ensures scheduling will result to store’s Manpower

Labor, Food, Inventory and PCF budget.
2. Coordinates with Kitchen Manager in monitoring Food cost and Stocks.
3. Ensures PCF is intact and practices the company’s

SOPs in up keep of PCF.
3. Store Audit 1. Drives in keeping Mango Tree PH’s at it’s highest level of performance in hospitality and store excellence operations.

2. Spearheads to create action plan deviations in Audit.
4. People Development 1. In place a succession plan for all Dining Staff and

Restaurant Supervisors.
2. Coordinates with Training/HRD for trainings needed in each store.
5. Food Safety and security 1. Practices high priority in sanitation at work and designated area of responsibility.
2. Practices loss prevention at all times.

6. Adheres to Mango Tree PH’s 1. Adheres to Mango Tree PH grooming standards. guidelines / policies. 2. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.

I I I . HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to communicate and express self well in both Filipino and English.
2. Professional appearance and demeanor.
3. Possess good management skills (planning, controlling / monitoring, leading, organization, and financial)
4. Possess strong leadership and customer service skills.
5. Flexible and punctual.
6. Good attitude and positive outlook.
7. Age: 29-35. Height limit: 5’5
8. Educational attainment: College graduate of any 4 year course
9. Work experience: Previous work must be from a casual/fine dining concept

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
