We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Thai Mango by Chef Kim in Manila City, Metro Manila. As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, while providing exceptional customer service and leading your team to success.

This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing feedback, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons
• Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing the restaurant's budget to maintain profitability
• Training and developing a team of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Participating in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or dining establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
