Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive payments from customers for vehicle purchases, parts, and service transactions.
  • Issue official receipts and ensure accuracy of all payment details.
  • Maintain and balance the daily cash collection report, including cash, checks, and electronic payments.
  • Prepare daily cash deposit slips and coordinate bank deposits.
  • Safekeep all collections until proper turnover or deposit.
  • Monitor petty cash fund disbursements and replenishments.
  • Coordinate closely with the Accounting and Service Departments to validate payments and transaction records.
  • Assist in verifying customer account balances and payment discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashiering area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries courteously.
