Full job description

Compensation: $8–$9.50 per completed trial lesson + 5–10% bonus | Typical monthly earnings $1,200–$2,200+
Schedule: ~25 hrs/week — afternoons/evenings starting at 14:00 US time, plus one weekend day
Location: Remote, work from anywhere — candidates must be able to work fixed US-timezone hours

About Kodland
Kodland is an international online school teaching kids and teens (ages 5–17) to code and build real digital projects. We're expanding our sales team to support demand from US families.

About the role
As an Online Sales Manager, you'll run live 50-minute trial lessons with warm, pre-booked leads — never cold calls — and help parents decide whether Kodland is the right fit for their child.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging online demo lessons for children and parents via Zoom/Google Meet
  • Present the course format clearly and match families to the right program
  • Handle objections professionally and convert interest into paid enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and outcomes in our CRM

Requirements

  • Advanced/fluent English, spoken and written
  • Prior experience in sales, customer success, or educational consulting
  • Strong, empathetic communication and persuasion skills
  • Available afternoons/evenings from 14:00 US time, plus one weekend day, ~25 hrs/week — this schedule is required, not optional
  • PC with 8GB+ RAM, webcam, headset, and stable internet connection

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay: $8–$9.50 per completed trial lesson
  • Performance bonus: 5–10%
  • Typical monthly income: ~$1,200; top performers: $2,200+

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
