the ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nightclub.
  • Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of all club areas, including the dance floor, bar, and VIP sections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operating standards.

2. Guest Relations

  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Build relationships with VIP guests and regular customers.
  • Monitor guest experience throughout the venue.

3. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate club employees.
  • Manage bartenders, servers, cashiers, DJs, hosts, security personnel, and other staff.
  • Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

4. Sales and Revenue Management

  • Monitor daily sales and revenue performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase beverage sales, table reservations, and VIP bookings.
  • Manage promotions, special events, and themed nights.
  • Monitor cash handling and inventory controls.

5. Entertainment and Event Coordination

  • Coordinate with DJs, performers, promoters, and event organizers.
  • Plan and oversee special events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure entertainment programs align with the club's brand and target market.

6. Inventory and Cost Control

  • Monitor liquor, beverage, and operational inventory.
  • Prevent wastage, theft, and stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and approve purchases.
  • Maintain proper inventory records.

7. Security and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
  • Manage crowd control and emergency response procedures.
  • Verify legal drinking requirements and responsible alcohol service practices.

8. Financial and Administrative Duties

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Monitor budgets and operating expenses.
  • Analyze sales trends and business performance.
  • Submit reports and recommendations to senior management.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in nightclub, bar, restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue management.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of liquor operations, inventory management, and event coordination.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
