The Opportunity
We are looking for a Project Management Trainee to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of consulting, training, and transformation projects.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing people, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, solving operational challenges, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support project planning, scheduling, task tracking, and project execution.
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and progress updates.
- Coordinate project deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Client Success Support
- Support client communications, follow-ups, and relationship management activities.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, taking meeting notes, and tracking action items.
- Help ensure client requests and project requirements are addressed promptly and professionally.
Proposal & Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, capability statements, project summaries, workshop synopses, and presentation materials.
- Support information gathering, formatting, proofreading, and submission of client proposals.
- Coordinate internal inputs and supporting documents required for proposal development.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Support sourcing and coordination of vendors, venues, materials, and programme resources when required.
- Assist in obtaining quotations, comparing options, and maintaining procurement records.
- Support operational and administrative processes related to project delivery and procurement activities.
Financial & Project Administration
- Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, invoices, and project-related documentation.
- Support project reporting and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain organized project records and documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with trainers, consultants, vendors, partners, and clients.
- Monitor deadlines and support timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain positive and professional stakeholder relationships.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and coordination processes.
- Utilize digital tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary/high school education or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates, career starters, and individuals seeking to gain professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
