Kamilas4am is a startup that is growing rapidly. We need someone who can enjoy this journey while catching up on the speed of the founders. This job is not for everyone and if you are looking for a 9am-5pm corporate job, this is not the place. Pls don’t apply.

This position is a key position for Etsuka growth. Must be challenging but exciting! This is output based work. Even if you have your own business or small project as a freelancer you can start. We look for someone who can actively execute not only waiting for our instruction. Very simple job. Search new places for offline events such as bazaars, pop-ups, private/VIP events, etc.

Our first popup in BGC was the cafe that never had the popup before. Harry just approached them and convinced them to try to have the popup with us. This is how we do! Person who has the entrepreneur mindset fits this role!

At Etsuka, we’re looking for someone to help build the brand alongside us.

This is not a traditional assistant role.

We’re looking for someone who naturally thinks:

  • “This product could be presented better.”
  • “This story deserves to be told.”
  • “This photoshoot could be stronger.”
  • “This customer would make a great feature.”
  • “We should try this idea.”

Someone who brings ideas, takes ownership, and helps turn them into reality.

What You’ll Do

  • Propose and execute content ideas
  • Support Instagram, email, and campaign planning
  • Improve website storytelling and product presentation
  • Plan and coordinate studio and campaign shoots
  • Help organize events and community activations
  • Conduct customer interviews and gather insights
  • Contribute ideas for new products, services, and customer experiences
  • Work directly with the founders on projects that help grow the brand

Ideal Background
We value curiosity, taste, and initiative over specific credentials.
That said, experience in any of the following is a strong plus:

  • Fashion editor or magazine editor
  • Stylist
  • PR / Brand Communications
  • Content Director or Creative Strategist
  • Experience at a small brand where you wore many hats
  • Startup experience
  • Founder, side-project builder, or entrepreneurial mindset
