FOUNDING BARISTA
Our Little Cafe
Regis Katipunan Branch
Target Opening: 1st Week of April 2026
Training Location: Malingap Branch
- We are building the core team for Our Little Cafe Branch 2 in Regis Katipunan. We are looking for a Founding Barista who wants to be part of the opening team and help set the standard from day one.
- This role is for someone who moves quickly, works cleanly, takes ownership, and treats the store as their own.
- You will not just make coffee. You will help build the culture of the branch.
Role Overview
As Founding Barista, you are responsible for the full daily operations of the cafe floor and basic kitchen support. You are expected to handle pressure, manage solo shifts when needed, and maintain high standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coffee and Beverages
- Espresso calibration and extraction
- Latte art basics
- Matcha preparation
- Basic pour-over knowledge
- Consistent drink quality and speed
Store Operations:
- Full store cleaning and closing duties
- Dishwashing
- Inventory monitoring and basic stock count
- Restocking bar and kitchen supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe and kitchen area
Kitchen Support:
- Minor kitchen prep tasks
- Assisting during peak hours
- Able to cover both cafe and kitchen during breaks or absences
Shift Capability
- Can manage solo shift operations when colleagues are on break or leave
- Can handle service flow independently
- Maintains calm and control during rush

Starting Rate
800 pesos per day

Qualifications
- With cafe experience preferred
- Knows espresso workflow and basic latte art
- Willing to be trained at the Malingap branch until opening
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Physically fit for long hours of standing and cleaning
- Reliable and punctual
