Full job description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and creative Personal Assistant cum Make-Up Artist to provide day-to-day personal and professional support to Ausphin's CEO. This hybrid role combines administrative assistance, travel coordination, and beauty support (makeup, light hairstyling, etc.) during public appearances, shoots, events, and travels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries
  • Manage bookings for events, shoots, and brand engagements
  • Handle errands, shopping, and general personal assistance
  • Accompany the CEO locally and internationally as needed
  • Liaise with management, collaborators, brands, and production teams
  • Ensure wardrobe, props, and essentials are packed and ready for gigs
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
  • Provide makeup and hairstyling for events, photoshoots, and video productions
  • Maintain and sanitize all beauty tools and cosmetic products

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar support role
  • Make-Up Artist preferred
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including on short notice
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Physically able to keep up with demanding schedules and amenable to travel locally and abroad.
  • Trustworthy, flexible, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
