Job Title: Cashier / Sales Consultant

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Taguig City (On-Site) | Schedule: Day Shift / Retail Hours

Job Brief

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and goal-oriented Cashier / Sales Consultant to join our retail team in Makati! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, handle cash/counter transactions, drive sales through product assistance, and maintain pristine store visual standards. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance & Sales: Greet shoppers, answer product inquiries, and use upselling/cross-selling techniques to boost store sales.
  • Cashiering & Counter Operations: Process customer transactions accurately via POS/cash register and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: Replenish stock on shelves, racks, and display cabinets; assist in receiving deliveries and monitoring stock levels.
  • Store Upkeep & Security: Maintain cleanliness in the selling area, organize merchandise, and ensure store items are safeguarded against damage or loss.
  • Shift Handover & Support: Properly endorse pending tasks, reserved items, or reports to colleagues and assist store heads with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Open to Fresh Graduates of any Bachelor's degree or High School / Senior High School graduates with relevant customer service interest.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic math/numerical skills for cashiering.
  • Attributes: Proactive, customer-focused, honest, and reliable.
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Taguig City.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
