Requirements & Qualifications

• Knowledgable: Restaurant Services/Japanese Restaurant
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a fast-paced front-of-house role is highly beneficial.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a friendly and patient demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Technical: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and digital reservation platforms (such as SevenRooms or OpenTable).
• Physical: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and adapt to a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
• Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries (menu questions, dietary restrictions), and alert servers and the kitchen of VIP arrivals or large parties.
