Job Summary

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. Works closely with the team to uphold restaurant service standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Greet guests promptly, professionally and courteously. Present menus and explain menu items, ingredients, and promotions.. Take orders accurately and ask about food allergens. Check on guests to ensure satisfaction; escalate issues when needed. Request Google Reviews from satisfied customers.

2. Food Preparation & Food Handling Assist in daily food preparation activities in accordance with company standards and food safety procedures. Wash, clean, peel, slice, and prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, garnishes, and other ingredients for restaurant operations. Properly use kitchen tools and equipment including knives, peelers, mandolines, chopping boards, tongs, and food preparation utensils while observing safety procedures at all times. Perform slicing, julienne, chopping, trimming, and portioning of ingredients using appropriate kitchen tools and techniques. Handle knives, peelers, and mandolines carefully and responsibly to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

Ensure protective equipment and safe cutting practices are followed when using sharp tools and kitchen equipment.

Inspect kitchen tools and immediately report damaged or unsafe equipment to supervisors.

Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination, spoilage, and food safety risks.

Observe proper segregation of raw and cooked food items to maintain sanitation standards.

Maintain proper handwashing, personal hygiene, and use of clean gloves when handling food products.

Ensure ingredients are stored properly following First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedures and temperature control standards.

Prepare dining essentials, condiments, sauces, and side dishes according to operational requirements.

Monitor food quality, freshness, appearance, and expiration dates before preparation and serving.

Ensure proper portion control and food presentation standards are consistently followed.

Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, chopping boards, utensils, knives, peelers, mandolines, and other kitchen equipment after use.

Dispose of food waste properly and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and preparation areas. Immediately report food safety concerns, equipment hazards, or workplace incidents to management.

3. Food & Beverage Knowledge

Know menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Stay updated on specials and promotions.

4. Cleanliness & Safety Set up tables with clean linens, cutlery, and glassware

6. Team Collaboration Work with fellow staff, kitchen, and bar to ensure smooth service. Assist teammates during peak hours. Join pre-service meetings and training sessions.

7. Qualifications Education: High school graduate preferred. Experience: Restaurant/food service experience a plus; entry-level welcome.

Skills:

o Strong communication and customer service.

o Attention to detail, multitasking, and memory for orders.

o Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure..

o Basic math skills for billing.

8. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to carry trays, plates, and glassware safely. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining service quality.

9. Work Environment Restaurant and dining operations environment. May require shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime depending on operational needs.

Employment Details:

• Full time probationary employment
• on time government deduction
• 13th month pay

Pay: Php755.00 per day
