Job Summary

Team Leader, MakatiMed At Home, manages the day-to-day operations of his/her assigned team by ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of services within the department by developing business strategies, managing and improving service processes, formulating service operations-related policies and procedures, and managing supplies, facilities, and financial resources.

Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• administrative duties
• customer relations services
• quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Registered Medical Technologist, Registered Physical Therapist, or licensed medical professional
• With at least three (3) years of clinical experience inclusive of two (2) years in supervisory experience
