JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages,
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
- Does encoding, filing & sorting of documents,
- Provides office support to the department assigned to,
- Willing to do multi tasking office functions,
- Shall perform administrative functions,
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh Graduates of Business or Office Management courses.
- Previous working experience as Office Staff will be an advantage but not required.
- Microsoft proficient.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management.
- Multi-tasking aptitude.
- Willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
- Willing to start ASAP.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
