JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages,
  • Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
  • Does encoding, filing & sorting of documents,
  • Provides office support to the department assigned to,
  • Willing to do multi tasking office functions,
  • Shall perform administrative functions,
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fresh Graduates of Business or Office Management courses.
  • Previous working experience as Office Staff will be an advantage but not required.
  • Microsoft proficient.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management.
  • Multi-tasking aptitude.
  • Willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
  • Willing to start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
