Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | Multi-Branch Operations

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of multiple restaurant branches. This role is responsible for maintaining 100% operational uptime across HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems while helping reduce utility costs and protect company assets.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Conduct monthly HVAC filter replacements, electrical load audits, and refrigeration seal inspections
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) issues efficiently

Asset Management

• Implement maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of kitchen equipment, motors, and compressors
• Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, and repair works as needed
• Ensure all equipment and facilities remain in optimal working condition

Compliance & Risk Management

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for Health Department and BFP audits
• Respond quickly to technical emergencies to minimize downtime and prevent inventory spoilage
• Ensure branches comply with safety and operational standards

Financial & Contractor Management

• Improve system efficiency to help reduce utility consumption and operational costs
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs and certifications

Reporting & Coordination

• Communicate daily with Restaurant Managers regarding maintenance concerns
• Prepare technical reports and updates in English for Senior Leadership

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
• At least 2–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a multi-branch F&B or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems
• HVAC-R Certification is an advantage
• Good English communication and reporting skills
• Mobile, dependable, and willing to rotate across different city locations
• Hands-on problem solver with strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₱24,000 – ₱28,000+ (depending on experience)
