The main purpose of this position is to manage all activities related to the assigned customers and ensuring that customers’ and seafarers’ requirements are met and satisfied. It is also responsible for handling all communication with PIC regarding vessel requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Roles

• Propose, execute and monitor the rotation planning in eCrew
• Provide Crew Relief Status/Plan to the PIC/Master onboard as applicable
• Conduct debriefing for offsigners
• Update team with the changes in the requirements
• Propose for position of a qualified candidate with no rotation plan from OSM pool (seafarer without line up or seafarer with recommendation for promotion), availability lists, or new recruit
• Submit requirement for new recruit to Recruitment Department
• Request joining cash advance of departing seafarers and request return bonus as applicable
• Process emergency loan requested by seafarers for approval
• Compute sea services for wage seniority of joiners
• Coordinate with Processing Department for POEA enrolment of principal, vessel, change of vessel’s name and wage scale
• Update allotment details and self-USD account
• Request and monitor flights of upcoming crew changes
• Ensure flight and other transportation bookings are in place and in most economical price.
• Discuss with the joining seafarer the items listed in the Pre-joining and Pre-departure Checklist
• Initiate clearance process and release documents to withdrawing seafarers upon completion of the clearance process
• Monitor crew performance evaluation and propose seafarer for promotions
• Coordinate with Crew Payroll/Accounting section regarding inquiries of crew onboard pertaining to their allotments and wages
• Update information of seafarer in eCrew, including Sign On and off for all seafarer.
• Perform other task as delegated by the Crewing Manager.
• Prepares MLC contract of onboard crew as required.
• Monitoring of eCrew Dashboard
• Supervise Crewing Assistant
• Coordinate and assist crew for any Crew Welfare activities
• Approval of Invoices thru Eyeshare
• Perform other task as delegated by the Senior/Crewing Manager and General Manager

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in Crew Manning Services responsible for crew planning and deployment
• At least a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• With good communication skills
