A Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery used in manufacturing or production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and production targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment according to standard procedures.
• Set up machines before production runs, including adjusting settings and calibrating controls.
• Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and report machine malfunctions or mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
• Replace worn parts, tools, or materials as needed.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and machine logs.
• Observe workplace safety regulations and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational training is preferred.
• Experience operating manufacturing or industrial machines is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical instructions and production specifications.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods or lift materials if required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or in fast-paced environments.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php41,000.00 per hour
