I. Job Summary

Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of loan documentation, and implementation of after-sales servicing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

II. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Loans Documentation and After-Sales Servicing – prepare complete and accurate loan documents aligned with the approved terms and conditions, and ensure accurate implementation of all post-booking activities including loan drawdowns, re-pricing, amendments, and releases. Help respond to queries related to servicing status and documentation requirements.
• Coordination – coordinate with Account Officers, Marketing Assistat, and other internal and external clients to clarify servicing and documentation needs.
• Productivity Monitoring – track personal task completion to ensure timely resolution of issues, and regularly review data for improvement opportunities.
• Record Keeping – maintain proper record-keeping for all Account Servicing transactions for Audit and regulatory review
• Report Management – assist in data gathering and analysis to support decision making. Prepare and submit operational and compliance reports, assigned by the Department/Group Head from time to time.
• Project Management – participate in user testing (UAT) to implement system enhancements and special projects, aimed at improving operational efficiency. Support the ASD Head in project-related tasks as required.
• Business Continuity Plan (BCP) - Participate in the Bank’s BCP Exercise
• Others - Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

III. Job Qualifications

Candidate must be a college graduate, preferably in business-related course; experience in loans processing is an advantage
