4. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately and timely execution of Pick and Pack process of Sales Orders.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and discipline as necessary.
• Supervise the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Manage the organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle count, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Plan and coordinate the transportation and distribution of products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates and logistics personnel.
• Preparation and submission of daily delivery reports
• Maintaining detailed records of deliveries, and logistics activities to facilitate accurate reporting and analysis.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, shipping timelines, and delivery performance
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse and logistics operations to warehouse & logistics manager
• Drive initiatives to improve overall service levels, such as reducing delivery times or enhancing inventory accuracy.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
