Shangri-La Boracay

Located in the country’s premier beach destination, Shangri-La Boracay is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Dramatically situated on a hillside in a flourishing nature reserve at the northern tip of Boracay Island, the 12-hectare resort is a 10-minute drive from the popular White Beach. The resort offers 219 rooms including 36 villas and suites; comprehensive leisure facilities; 350 meters of secluded beachfront; and a thriving ecosystem of diverse flora and fauna. Within the resort, guests may find a tranquil escape in Chi, The Spa.

As Commis 3, we rely on you to:
Maintain stock levels.
Assure hygiene standards are kept to the highest levels at all times.
Assist colleagues in a thoughtful manner.
Make sure that all stock/food is stored correctly and in an organized fashion.
Listen to colleague/manager requests and carry out daily duties correctly and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who:
Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions.
Diplomas & certificates in culinary art.
Experience in the same capacity in a 5-star hotel/resort.
Passionate about food.
Understands the need for efficiency and organization.
Efficient and punctual.
Communicates effectively with colleagues/management.
Lives and breathes the Shangri-La Values.
