Full job description

Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred Fields; Information Technology, Office Administration, or Business).

Responsible for providing technical, administrative, and clerical support to the School Registrar in relation to academic records such as grades, credentials, transcript of records, and other concerns.

Specific Tasks

1. Encodes, updates, and files permanent records of students.

2. Checks and follows-up enrollment requirements such as credentials, transcript of records (Form-137), report card (Form-138), birth certificate, etc.

3. Assessment of credentials of transferring students, particularly on subjects taken in their previous educational institution. Validates authenticity of submitted records from the institution from which transferees have originated; and responds to reciprocal requests of other educational institutions admitting transferees from UPHSM.

4. Attends to inquiries about enrollment procedures and policies, and requests for transcripts of records, transfer credentials etc.

6. Summarizes, encodes, and prints DepEd/CHED requirements such as class program, list of graduates/students, and issuance of special orders and scholars.

7. Performs other tasks as assigned

8. Will work at University of Perpetual Help System Manila located near UST and KFC Dapitan St. Branch

9. Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-6:30pm / Fridays 8am-5pm, No work on holidays

10. Be prepared for an initial interview and 2 HR Exams

11. Minimum Wage Salary
