About the Position

Harvest Harmonics is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing business development team. This role is an entry-level sales position explicitly designed as a professional development pathway to becoming a full Sales Representative / Account Executive.

We provide target lead lists, comprehensive outbound call training, and structured management support needed to succeed. High-performing contractors in this role have a direct career path to managing their own territories with expanded commission structures and supporting team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Lead Generation: Perform outbound phone calls and prospecting using company-provided lead lists.
  • Prospecting: Develop and qualify additional leads through independent research and cold outreach.
  • Qualification: Evaluate prospective agricultural clients against company qualification standards.
  • Scheduling: Schedule qualified leads for consultative sales meetings with a Harvest Harmonics Closer and participate in each scheduled appointment.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, contacts, appointments, and follow-up activities in our CRM database.
  • Professional Development: Participate in daily team meetings, pipeline reviews, and ongoing sales training sessions.

Qualification Criteria for Prospects

Appointment Setters focus on identifying decision-makers who meet the following core requirements:

  • Own or directly manage agricultural land.
  • Have an operational irrigation system.
  • Possess purchasing authority or financial capability to acquire commercial agricultural technology (e.g., Crop Booster, Bio Booster).

Compensation Structure

  • Appointment Fee: $25.00 USD for each attended appointment with a qualified prospect.
  • Sales Commission: 3.5% commission on direct product sales resulting from your scheduled appointments.
  • Career Advancement: Promotion to Sales Representative offers higher uncapped commission percentages, territory management, and assigned support staff.

Minimum Performance Expectations

  • Outbound Call Volume: A minimum of 50 outbound calls per business day.
  • Appointment Production: A minimum of five (5) qualified appointments scheduled per week.
  • Daily Attendance: Attendance at the daily 8:30 AM team meeting (video on required) for pipeline tracking, performance metrics, and sales coaching.

Professional Development & Training

Harvest Harmonics is committed to internal career advancement. Training for this role includes:

  • Comprehensive product knowledge and ag-tech market training.
  • Direct observation and participation in live closing calls.

Sales methodology training based on the Big League Sales curriculum by Les Dane, focusing on cold calling, qualifying, objection handling, communication, and closing techniques.

Pay: From Php1,500.00 per day
