Full job description

The Senior HR Manager oversees all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will manage daily HR operations, lead the HR team, and align human resources strategies with overall business objectives to support organizational growth, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR & Operations

  • Align HR initiatives with business goals to improve productivity, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including timekeeping, payroll processing oversight, and benefits administration.
  • Develop, update, and enforce company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, administrative, and executive roles.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for all personnel.
  • Oversee the annual performance evaluation process and support department heads in identifying training needs.

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on labor relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with national and local labor laws, mitigating operational and legal risks.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and administrative investigations in accordance with due process.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the internal HR staff.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire) for management review.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php79,291.81 per month
