Full job description

  • Aviation Management / Business Administration graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 3 years’ experience dealing with Philippine Government Agencies.
  • Problem solving skills - solutions oriented approach.
  • Primary bridge between client, airport authorities, government agencies - Customs, Immigrations and Quarantine.
  • Ensures seamless operation, regulatory compliance and smooth Fixed Base Operations (FBO) processing.
  • Monitors and addresses issues on visa, passport and entry requirements.
  • Collaborates with airport security, Customs, Immigrations and Quarantine to address and resolve documentation discrepancies or passenger issues.
  • Assist ground and gate personnel with flight management.
  • Willing to work odd hours (early mornings) or broken hours (flexible/on-call hours).
  • NBI / Police Clearance required.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
