Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams specialized in marketing, design, and analytics. Collaborate on crafting and executing strategies that lead to success.

  • Progress Updates: Keep clients informed about the advancement of their campaigns by providing regular insights and performance reports.

  • Feedback Integration: Listen to client feedback and effectively communicate these insights to our teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify openings to offer additional services that enhance clients’ campaigns.

  • Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary screenings for potential customers, playing a pivotal role in our customer acquisition process.
