Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Officer to support our daily administrative operations, government compliance, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Company Document Management

  • Organize, maintain, and update company records (physical & digital)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
  • Manage contracts, permits, licenses, and confidential files

2. Tax Filing Assistance

  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax documents
  • Coordinate with accountants and government agencies for submissions
  • Monitor tax deadlines, payments, and updates

3. Business Permits & License Renewal

  • Track expiration dates of permits and licenses
  • Process renewals with government agencies (e.g., BIR, SEC, LGU)
  • Prepare and submit required documents on time

4. Government Liaison

  • Handle compliance-related administrative tasks
  • Visit government offices when required
  • Follow up applications and ensure completion of requirements

5. Basic Accounting & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports
  • Organize receipts and expense documentation
  • Support reimbursement and finance-related admin tasks

6. General Office Support

  • Provide administrative support to supervisors and teams
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and internal coordination
  • Help improve filing systems and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in government processing, tax filing, or documentation is an advantage
  • Knowledge in basic accounting is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Willing to travel to government offices when needed
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle confidential information

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience handling BIR, SEC, or LGU transactions
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and permits processing
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
