JOB SUMMARY:

The Cadet Engineer is responsible in assisting the Technical Operations group in maintaining various voice, data, and network solutions and assists during implementation of client requirements.

REGULAR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attending both theoretical and hands-on training for voice, data, and network solutions to be conducted by a designated technical manager or engineer.
  • Assists the technical operations group in maintaining various voice, data, and network solutions.
  • Assists the technical operations group in implementation of various voice, data, and network solutions.
  • Helps resolve Level 1 trouble tickets
  • Helps provide phone assistance thru the 24/7 help desk support line
  • Helps perform system maintenance and monthly back-up
  • Helps perform preventive maintenance to prevent system failures
  • Helps perform health checks to ensure maximum optimal operation for their systems.
  • Other tasks that may assigned on a case-to-case basis.
