We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to manage schedules, oversee project activities, and ensure smooth communication between teams. The Coordinator will play a key role in organizing resources, monitoring progress, and supporting management in achieving operational and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate daily activities, meetings, and schedules.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between departments, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding processes when required.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and resource allocation.
  • Identify and resolve issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Must have G cash or Bpi Account.

Pay: Php800.00 - Php1,000.00 per hour
