We're looking for a detail-oriented Employment Verification Specialist to validate hiring outcomes, investigate placement records, and ensure employment data is accurate and complete. If you have experience in customer support, recruitment operations, verification, or case management, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Verify employment outcomes for candidates introduced through the platform
• Confirm candidate start dates, employment status, compensation, and work arrangements
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with employers and candidates
• Investigate discrepancies and potential off-platform hiring activities
• Document verification findings and maintain accurate case records
• Escalate unresolved or suspicious cases when necessary
• Support placement tracking and revenue protection initiatives
• Ensure all verification activities comply with company standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in contact centers, customer support, recruitment operations, or high-volume outbound/inbound calling
• Experience in employment verification, recruitment operations, background screening, collections, fraud investigation, healthcare staffing, or customer escalations is an advantage
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong investigative and analytical abilities
• High attention to detail with excellent documentation skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations professionally
• Able to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and case management tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php400,000.00 per month
