This position plays a key role in executing visual concepts for ad campaigns, magazines, marketing collateral, and digital content. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Print & Magazine Design: Lead layout design for exploreMedia’s print publications, including editorial spreads, advertisements, and directory sections. Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to print specifications and publication deadlines.

· Graphic Design & Layout: Design print and digital advertisements, marketing materials, and branded content in alignment with client goals and internal brand standards.

· Creative Development: Generate clear, strategic visual concepts to support client initiatives, magazine themes, and internal campaigns.

· Production & File Prep: Deliver print-ready files and digitally optimized assets; manage file organization, archiving, and production workflow for all assigned publications.

· Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the creative team, editors, sales staff, and operations to execute magazine layouts, update ads, and ensure alignment with publication schedules.

· Quality Control & Process: Track time spent on projects, maintain design and typography standards, meet strict deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently throughout the revision and approval process.

· Project Milestones & Deadlines: Manage time and focus while working on multiple projects with proof and review deadlines.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with significant experience in long-form layout design.

· Strong skills in print production, including pre-flight prep, color accuracy, bleed/trim setup, and working with printers.

· Ability to manage multiple design projects and magazine production cycles simultaneously.

· Deep understanding of layout design, typography, and brand consistency.

· Experience designing for both print and digital media.

· Basic understanding of animation and video editing is a plus (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

· Familiarity with HTML/CSS/WordPress is a bonus.

· Willingness to participate in team training, development, and creative brainstorming.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
