Full job description

Key Responsibilites

* Identify, inspect, evaluate, and assess land for acquisition or lease for renewable energy and energy storage projects.

* Develop and support land acquisition strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project development timelines.

* Negotiate land prices, lease terms, and acquisition agreements with landowners and other stakeholders.

* Coordinate and engage with landowners, brokers, LGUs, and regulatory agencies throughout the land acquisition process.

* Conduct site visits, desktop research, and legal due diligence on land ownership, land use, and regulatory requirements.

* Support permitting and approval processes related to land and site control.

* Represent the company during meetings, site inspections, consultations, and negotiations.

* Prepare and maintain land databases, maps, pricing benchmarks, and strategic reports.

* Perform other land-related tasks necessary to support project development.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience

* 3-5 years of experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, stakeholder engagement, or permitting.

* Strong understanding of real estate processes, land valuation, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

* Experience or exposure to the energy or renewable energy sector is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies
