Work Location: Block 2 Phase 5 East Main Avenue, Laguna Technopark Sez Loma 4024 City of Binan Laguna, Phililppines

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode data into database, ensuring that all information are accurate and in timely manner.
• Use statistical techniques and software to analyze collected data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and check for any discrepancies or errors before entry.
• Organize and maintain files and database and ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
• Identify and report any data-related issues or concerns.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any related courses.
• Must have at least one (1) year of experience in the field is required to the position.
• Effective communication is required with good listening skills.
• Strict in coordination and instruction.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• With strong presence of mind, strict to details.
• Highly analytical and can work on a fast pace working environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks, WMS and Outlook.
• Can work effectively with the team.
